Yes, we are posting our bad reviews on our own website! We believe in transparency and want you to be able to get all of the information in one place, not just show the good reviews and hide the bad ones like everyone else. We'll also give you the other side of the story though for better understanding.
Most of our bad reviews are from bad tenants. A bad review from a bad tenant is not such a bad thing. If it serves as a warning to anyone, its just other bad tenants. It just shows that we do actually hold bad tenants accountable, which is good for our clients, but of course the bad tenant doesn't like it much.
