 I rented from them for 2 years. $700 for a studio was all I could afford- thankful for that studio. They were very nice people to work with.

We rented a home in Folsom from Pierman property management and were very pleased with our experience.  Joseph and Cindy were very reachable and responsive to any issues that we encountered.   Whenever there was an issue they were on top of it and made sure that we were taken care of no matter the time of day.  Recommended.

Pierman Property and Joseph Pierman have been so wonderful to work with! From the day I contacted them to view a property I was interested in, to the day I moved out; they were nothing but professional and organized. The approval process was a breeze, and Joseph kept me in the loop every step of the way. After I was approved the move-in process was super quick, and the place was SPOTLESS! I have never moved into a place that was so well kept, and clean. While I was a tenant, Joseph was always available for any questions I had, or anything I needed. He responded quickly and thoroughly to any calls and emails. Pierman Property has set the "Property Management Bar" very high in Sacramento -they truly care about their tenants. 

Joseph is a wonderful man willing to work with any situation. I lived in an apartment through him for almost 2 years. I would recommend this company to any tenant or landlord.

 

Rented with Pierman Property for a year. Very Professional, Very Honest. Cindy is amazing and do her best to help you with your needs. Never had to worry about anything, cause Cindy always was there to take care of any issues occurred.

So far so good. Moved in the property in May. All issues we had were addressed in a timely fashion and taken care of. I would recommend them if you are seeking a rental.

Mr. Pierman handled my move to an apartment in CA while I was still packing my bags in NY. He was professional, detail-oriented, responsive and always kept his word! I arrived in CA and met Mr. Pierman at my new apartment to pick up my keys within 30 minutes. Smooth and easy!

A year later, he still gives a fast response to any inquiry. He knows the business inside and out and is a true professional.

 Family owned friendly mangement always attentive to our needs and always willing to work with us to resolve any disputes. We have rented multple places from them and if I could give more stars I would!!
